We are looking for motivated, energetic, and confident individuals who are looking to launch or expand their career in the Energy reduction and Solar industries. Responsible for generating highly qualified appointments through the marketing methods of your choice, including door-to-door canvassing, social media, business networking, and online marketing. Your goal is to set up appointments by providing a free energy assessment through your own personal website page, similar to https://dreamsenergysolutions.com.

No experience? No Problem! Dreams Energy will provide you with the tools to succeed without needing to become an industry expert! You will be working with business owners and/or homeowners to schedule virtual consultations with our inhouse sales team. Your role is not to make any hard sales, but to help generate qualified appointments. As a Dreams Representative, you will:

• Be the first point of contact. No selling involved.
• Earn average commissions between $2,000 and $10,000
• Earn $50 & $100 fast pay commissions for completed appointments
• Additional sales opportunities available through other business services

Position Details:

• Help commercial businesses and residential customers lower their energy costs by presenting a free energy assessment (you do not do the assessment, the potential client fills out a simple online survey and uploads a utility bill)
• Create your own work schedule, sell in your own desired territory
• Our representatives are not responsible for running permits or executing any part of the installation, our reps only focus on what they love: Relationship Building!
• 1099 independence, 100% commission

Pay: $60,000.00 - $350,000.00 per year
